I had the honor of portraying these two young mountaineers. The expertise of their preparation and the hunger for the adventure spoke for themselves. You could see the love for the mountains in their eyes. Humble and relaxed, they counted down to the day of truth, the ascent of the highest mountain in Western Europe.
In principle there was no preparation for this portrait session. The permission of these two sympathetic gentlemen and a towel to serve as background was the improvised studio setup.
